Exchange Policy

The purchase of all preordered and customized products are final, no refund or exchange.

Hermosa Jewellery will only accept the exchange of a non-customized or non-preordered jewelry purchased for another product with terms & conditions attached.

The price of replacement product must be the same or higher as the original product purchased. In the event client decides to exchange for a product priced lower, difference will be forfeited by client.

For clients in Nigeria, exchange is accepted within 7 days from the date received and 14 days for clients outside Nigeria. The product must be in the exact new condition purchased and must be brought to the store for assessment within the stipulated time given. In the event product shows signs of wear, exchange will be denied.

Hermosa Jewellery has the sole right to approve or deny an exchange request.

RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, one of our customer service reps will follow up with you via email with instructions. If you require assistance, please email us at admin@hermosajewellery.com

Upon receipt of your return, all items are inspected for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of any refunds, replacements or credits. New and unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the items. Additionally, items modified or re-sized by another jeweler are also not considered new. Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
